These terms concern use of our public website and enquiry channels. A job application is not an employment offer, and a business enquiry is not a service agreement. A separate written contract and mandatory law take priority where they apply.
1.About these terms
Terrafirma Solutions operates this website under the Terrafirma Solutions name. In this document, “Terrafirma Solutions”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that operator. Our contact address is Wafi Residence, Mezzanine, Oud Metha Road, Umm Hurair Second, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai, UAE.
Please read these terms before using the website. They describe the conditions on which we make the website available. Do not use it for purposes that conflict with these terms or applicable law. Where a particular service requires an agreement, that agreement will be provided separately.
These website terms do not replace an employment contract, recruitment engagement, staffing agreement, supplier agreement or other written contract. Nothing here limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2.Website information and service availability
The website describes our recruitment, staffing, manpower, outsourcing and related workforce services. Information is provided for general guidance and may be updated as requirements change.
A description of a service, source market, partner or industry does not guarantee availability for every role or location. Confirm the applicable scope, responsibilities and timelines directly with our team before making a commitment.
Website content is not a substitute for legal, immigration, tax or other professional advice where that advice is needed.
3.Candidate applications
Applicants must provide accurate, current information and use the application channel specified in the relevant vacancy. You should have an appropriate basis to share any information about another person, including a referee.
Sending a CV, submitting a Meta Instant Form, completing a Tally form or contacting us does not guarantee an acknowledgement, interview, shortlist, placement, salary, visa or offer of employment. Selection depends on the role, suitability, employer requirements and applicable approvals.
Where a recruitment process requires both an initial form and a CV submission, completing only the initial form may leave the application incomplete. Any employment offer, benefits and joining conditions must be confirmed through the appropriate formal process.
Only use account or portal functions where they are actually available. A link or reference to a future feature does not mean an account has been created or an application has been received.
4.Employer, client and agency enquiries
People making enquiries on behalf of an organisation must be authorised to do so and should provide accurate requirements and contact details. Do not share candidate records, confidential client material or identity documents before an appropriate process and lawful basis have been agreed.
An enquiry, hiring brief, quotation request or agency introduction does not automatically establish an approved partnership or service contract. Scope, fees, payment arrangements, responsibilities and service timelines must be agreed separately.
Recruitment, visa, relocation and deployment arrangements depend on the relevant engagement and government or third-party decisions. No website statement guarantees an approval or processing deadline.
5.Acceptable use
Use the website and our contact channels lawfully and respectfully. In particular, do not:
- Impersonate someone, falsify qualifications or submit misleading applications or business details.
- Upload malware, send abusive or unlawful content, or use forms and contact details for spam.
- Attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, disrupt the website, or interfere with another person’s use.
- Harvest personal information, copy confidential records or use automated tools to access data without appropriate authorisation.
- Publish or share material that infringes another person’s privacy, intellectual property or other legal rights.
6.Information and materials you submit
You retain your rights in the CVs and other materials you submit. You authorise us to receive, store, review and use them only as needed for the purpose explained to you and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Submitting an application does not give us an unrestricted right to publish your CV or use your photograph in advertising. Any separate use must have an appropriate basis and any additional permission required.
You are responsible for ensuring that the material you submit is relevant and that you are entitled to provide it. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary sensitive documents.
7.Website content and intellectual property
Our website text, branding, layout and original materials belong to us or are used with the appropriate rights. Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view the website and use relevant information for your own job search or internal business evaluation. You must not imply an endorsement or partnership, reproduce our branding for unrelated promotions, or commercially redistribute protected content without permission, except where the law permits it.
8.External websites and application tools
The website and our recruitment advertisements may link to third-party services, including Tally, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other providers. Their own terms and privacy notices govern their services.
We do not control every feature, availability or practice of these third-party platforms. This does not remove our responsibilities for personal information that we receive or process through them.
Check the destination of a link and the identity of the organisation before submitting information or making any commitment.
9.Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled through the website and our recruitment and enquiry channels. Application-related communication may use the email address or telephone number you provide.
Use of the website or acceptance of these terms is not, by itself, consent to unrelated marketing. Any optional promotional or future-opportunity communications should be explained separately, with a choice where required.
10.Recruitment fraud and payment requests
Verify unusual requests using the contact information published on our official website. Do not send money to a personal account based on a promise of employment, and do not share an account password or one-time code.
These terms do not authorise any recruitment or employment-related charge prohibited by applicable law. Any lawful commercial charges for clients must be covered by the relevant agreement, not inferred from a job advertisement.
Report suspected impersonation or misuse of our name to us promptly. Never rely solely on a message sender’s display name as proof of authority.
11.Availability, corrections and access restrictions
We aim to keep website information useful and reasonably accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. Pages and functions may be changed, corrected or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.
We may restrict access or disregard submissions where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, material misuse, security risks or breach of these terms. This does not remove any rights or obligations under an existing contract or mandatory law.
12.Responsibility and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, unauthorised use of your systems, or independent third-party decisions outside our control. Take reasonable care before relying on general website information.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer, employment and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
13.Applicable law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory protections and the jurisdiction of the courts or authorities competent under applicable law are not displaced by these terms.
Contact us first to explain a concern so that we can try to resolve it. A separate contract may contain its own valid dispute provisions for the service covered by that contract.
14.Changes and interpretation
We may revise these terms as the website or services change. The revision date appears above. We will provide additional notice or seek agreement where required, and updates do not retrospectively alter an existing contract or remove accrued rights.
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive it.
15.Contact us
